Each steel plate undergoes meticulous processing, getting industrial plastic bushings pressed-in and then machined for glass-smooth operation. This eliminates any metal-to-metal contact or sound.
Safety is paramount, and the Mi5 boasts a fully enclosed weight stack. Users will also appreciate the counterbalanced carriage system, allowing easy one-handed adjustments. A key innovation is the two adjustable pulley arms with a remarkable range of 7 horizontal angle adjustments, accommodating 80 degrees both above and below a flat horizontal position. This provides 22 pulley adjustment positions at 2-inch increments, with the highest reaching 77.5 inches.
The Mi5's patent-pending design caters to users of all statures. Both cable arms, with their two planes of motion, offer more than 1,000 cable adjustment variations. From seated to standing exercises, the built-in footrests ensure stability throughout your workout. When it comes to accessories, the Mi5 doesn't hold back. It provides two Square-Ring adjustable strap handles, a weight stack lock for body-weight exercises, an integrated bottle holder, and a tablet/mobile device holder for those who like to multitask or stay connected during workouts. Additionally, the 4:1 Split Weight Cabling™ extends cable travel to a spacious 160” with strap handles.
