The Fitway Forza FID bench offers users 7 positions of adjustment to maximize your home gym workouts. With a two part back pad for comfortable support for the head and back and a curved seat pad for ease of adjustment and maximum comfort. In addition to the 7 back pad positions the bench also offers three levels of incline adjustment at the seat pad.
With the optional Leg Extension / Leg Curl attachment as well as the optional Preacher curl attachment your bench provides even more dynamics to your workout.
