The built in smith provides a smooth guide rod action and a self spotting system built in allowing you to focus on your form and not balancing the bar. Looking for something a bit more traditional? Make use of the J-hooks and safety spotter arms at the front of the FTS with your favourite FitWay Olympic Bar!
The FTS also includes built in plate storage, dip attachment, landmine attachment, lat pull down bar, two single handles, ankle cuff, tricep rope, waist strap, multi purpose bar, and a vertical olympic bar holder.
