The MiSmith Dual Action Smith side showcases groundbreaking patented technology that facilitates both horizontal and vertical bar movements. This ingenious design captures the essence of free weight training while simultaneously ensuring added safety and stability. Transition to the other face of the Mi7Smith, and you're introduced to the Mi7 Functional Training System. Boasting dual Silent Steel® weight stacks, its 360-degree rotating columns provide free range of motion.
Safety and user experience are at the heart of its design. The patented Flip ‘N Grip® technology provides five diverse pull-up grip options, including rock grips, while the Flip n Dip® technology brings both narrow and wide grip dips to your regimen. Moreover, the system is backed by commercial-grade components, including linear bearings and shafting, ensuring frictionless guided motion. The racks are donned in polyurethane, ensuring silent racking and bar protection.
A crucial feature is the Ultra-Lite Lifting System™, which lightens the Smith bar weight to a mere 30 lbs., ensuring versatility for users of all strengths. The comprehensive system offers 28 pulley adjustment points per column, permitting each side's independent or collective use.
