  Flywheel and Resistance

  
  The FitWay Air Rower responds to your effort on every stroke. Its air-and-magnetic resistance system allows you to control the intensity naturally: row harder for more resistance, or ease off for a lighter stroke. 

  The spiral damper adjusts airflow to the flywheel, giving you a smooth, quiet, and customizable rowing experience. With 10 adjustable resistance settings, users can adjust how much air flows into the flywheel and therefore change how the stroke feels.

  This rower is quiet in comparison to some other air resistance rowers, which is a huge plus. 

  Comfort and Ergonomics

  Designed for comfort, the rower features an ergonomic handle with a 10 degree bend, adjustable footrests for quick sizing, and a padded seat for smooth gliding. 

  Size

  The overall length of this rowing machine is 95”, allowing plenty of room for full range of motion. Front transport wheels allow you to easily move the rower and the quick-release mechanism lets you separate into 2 pieces for easy storage. 

  Console and Programs

  The console features a 5.5”  LCD screen displaying all the metrics you need: Time, Distance, Strokes per Minute, Meters per Stroke, Calories, Watts, and Heart Rate (compatible with an optional heart rate transmitter). 

  In addition, there are Eight preset programs—including Time, Distance, or Calorie goals, Games, and Interval options. These program options will keep your workouts challenging and engaging while providing real-time feedback to track progress.

  The console self-powered meaning fewer wires and no power outlet required, which simplifies placement. 

  Build Quality

  In terms of quality, the FitWay Row ERG features a sturdy frame and good stability, which is important since rowing generates strong pull forces. 

  The chain-driven steel flywheel, and fully enclosed design minimizes the need for maintenance and repairs.
