All Fitness Experience locations feature in-house warranty-approved service. This means that as a customer, you only need to make one phone call, and our service managers take it from there.

Properly maintaining your equipment and facility are just as important as creating it. This not only entails repairing equipment when issues arise, but implementing a preventative maintenance plan to ensure the facility will run smoothly for years to come.

The work to be performed by Fitness Experience includes maintenance appointments in the usual line of business; including, but not limited to; testing, cleaning, lubricating, greasing and recording equipment mileage and usage where applicable. Fitness Experience will provide a copy of the service report to the Customer in order to have a record of the maintenance and fixes being done at their facility. We want to keep your workout gear running smoothly for as long as possible. Our preventative maintenance program keeps your products in tip-top shape while reducing equipment downtime. It’s a great way to extend the life of your equipment without having to shell out for costly major repairs down the line.

Repair and Parts Ordering

Break-downs happen. Fitness Experience technicians have you covered with warranty & non-warranty diagnosis, and if required, parts ordering and installation. From navigating manufacturer’s warranties, to arranging technician visits, to ordering parts, our experienced service department will ensure that your equipment is back up and running in the shortest time possible.
