The Corner Leverage Gym comes with a unique swing arm/press arm station that simulates a natural, straight up-and-down motion. This versatile press arm bar can be raised to its highest position, transforming the GLGS100 into a pull-up/chin-up station. Furthermore, an adjustable knee lock-down enables easier lat pulldowns, while the low pulley station is perfect for various curls and row exercises.
Incorporating ease and efficiency, the gym is designed to work with most flat, incline, or decline benches. For an upgraded experience, consider adding the optional, premium GFID100 bench, which slides in and out smoothly for seamless transitions between exercises. The bench also comes with wheels for effortless transport and operates independently of the gym system.
The Body-Solid Corner Leverage Gym includes a lat pulldown bar and a revolving cable handle. It features aircraft-grade cables, nylon pulleys, and a 9.75" Olympic weight post on the press arm and weight carriage. Its sturdy construction includes rounded metal tubing for superior strength, sealed ball bearing pivot points, and welded metal caps in high-traffic areas.
