With a unique pop-in cam adjustment, it allows users to set their own starting position and range of motion. The machine features four sealed pillow-block ball bearing systems that ensure a smooth, focused workout for the inner thigh and hip muscles.
The design of the machine prioritizes ergonomic accuracy, with foot posts and a bent-knee design angled seat to eliminate lower back stress.
