  The 9-position seat and back pads, full 2¾ inch thick, provide firm support to maximize your comfort and performance. This bench is ideal for a variety of barbell and dumbbell exercises and pairs seamlessly with Power Racks, Smith Machines, and the most robust leverage gym system.

  A distinct feature of the FID46 is its integrated leg developer for concentrated lower body exercises. Execute leg extensions with complete 90-degree seat back support and lying leg curls in the traditional arched prone position.

  Featuring synchronized seat and back pad adjustments with a user-friendly glide and lock pull pin, you can easily adjust the back pad from -20º to 70º and the seat pad from 0º to 17º for diverse workout configurations.

  With a generous weight capacity of 600 lbs, the FID46 is suitable for users of all fitness levels. Included transport wheels make it easy to relocate as per your convenience. The bench's 13-gauge, 3” round mainframe contributes to its solid construction, guaranteeing it can withstand long-term heavy use. 

  This bench is specifically designed for use with the SBL460, utilizing Olympic style plates exclusively (sold separately).
