The Body Solid G9S Two-Stack Gym is an impressive multi-station exercise powerhouse, capable of providing top-quality strength training for up to three people at once when paired with the optional GKR9. Mimicking the caliber of professional health club workouts, this robust equipment boasts a variety of features designed for optimal performance and versatility.
Equipped with a multi-function Press Arm Station, users can engage in exercises like bench press, incline press, shoulder press, and chest-supported mid-row workouts. The Perfect Pec™ Station, offering fully adjustable range of motion, promotes deeper muscle engagement for quicker, more defined results.
The standalone Leg Press/Calf Press Station utilizes its dedicated weight stack and operates at a 2 to 1 weight ratio, bestowing the G9S with the remarkable capacity of a 420 lb leg press. The optional Vertical Knee Raise/Dip Station (GKR9) enables up to three simultaneous users, further enhancing the utility of this dynamic gym.
The G9S prioritizes biomechanical accuracy with its SmoothGlide Bearing System™ at the leg developer station and an integrated CAM to prevent resistance drop-off, ensuring a seamless and consistent exercise experience. Self-aligning, contoured leg extension cuffs further aid in user comfort and performance.
The gym's substantial strength is attributed to its 2,200 lb tension strength, military spec, steel aircraft cables, and sturdy 11-gauge mainframe construction. It also features two 210 lb selectorized weight stacks, high-density DuraFirm™ pads with lumbar support, and durable, electrostatically applied powder coat finish.
This package includes a Leg Press/Calf Press station, revolving lat bar, straight bar, ankle strap, ab/triceps strap, a Total Body Workout™ DVD, a full-size exercise chart, and a convenient water bottle and towel holder.
