Crafted with a fully adjustable 7-gauge steel cam, the GCEC340 can easily adjust to accommodate any user, ensuring a personalized and effective workout. The ease of transition between exercises is facilitated by a jumbo pop pin. With just a simple pull, you can adjust the lifting arm's position for seamless switching between hamstring curls and quad extensions.
This unit is designed with comfort in mind, featuring 8" foam rollers that provide a secure and soft grip as you perform your exercises. The thick DuraFirm™ pads further enhance the comfort, allowing for sustained workout sessions without unnecessary discomfort.
To perform the seated leg curl exercises, simply raise the lifting arm to a comfortable starting position, sit down, and place your legs over the foam rollers. Lower the lifting arm for leg extension exercises, positioning your legs behind the oversized rollers to work your quadriceps.
With a 16” distance from the top of the seat pad to the bottom of the foam roller, it's suitable for both home and commercial use, providing a comprehensive leg workout in a compact, user-friendly design.
The weight post is 1" in diameter and can be used with the optional Olympic Adapter Sleeve, weight plates, and collars.
