  Equipped with back and seat pads that can be locked into eight distinct positions, it facilitates perfect posture alignment for a wide array of exercises. The ultra-thick DuraFirm upholstery provides optimal comfort, even during the most grueling workouts.

  The GFID71 also features a T-Bar Leg Hold Down with oversized rollers for additional comfort and stability. This feature enhances your capacity to perform both upper and lower abdominal exercises, as well as incline and decline strength training. For maximum versatility, the bench includes transport wheels, allowing you to move it in and out of any rack with ease.

  The bench offers independent back (ladder style) and seat pad (pull pin) adjustments. The back pad can be adjusted to -15º, 0º, 25º, 45º, 60º and 80º, while the seat pad has options of -10º, 0º, 10º, 20º, 30º, 45º and 60º.

  With optional attachments like Leg Developer GLDA3, Preacher Curl GPCA1, and Lat Row GLRA81, the GFID71 ensures an extensive, comprehensive workout.
