  The Body-Solid GLCE365 Seated Leg Extension/Supine Curl machine is your ultimate fitness partner for strengthening and defining the front and back of the leg, including the knees, hamstrings, quadriceps, and glutes. Not only do these exercises enhance muscle tone, but they also contribute to knee and joint protection, reducing the risk of stress and injury.

  Built with a commercial 2"x 3" heavy-gauge steel frame, this machine boasts an all-4-side welded construction, ensuring long-lasting durability. The machine features a fully adjustable design to accommodate users of all sizes. It comes equipped with a DuraFirm™ back pad that provides three upright and two supinated positions for traditional leg curls. The back pad, coupled with hold-down grips on both back and thigh pads, ensures maximum support and stability during workouts.

  One of the highlights of this machine is its oversize 8" foam rollers that adjust both vertically and horizontally, ensuring a custom fit for each user. The wide base of the machine eliminates any rocking movement, providing a stable and solid leg workout. The leg extension adjusts for different size users ranging 13”-17” from the top of the seat pad to the bottom of the roller.

  This leg extension and curl machine is ideal for both home and commercial use. Note that the weight plate post is 1" diameter. Olympic Adapter Sleeve, weight plates, and collars are optional.
