Crafted to develop awe-inspiring muscle mass, the Series 7 Smith Gym permits a vast range of exercises, akin to those performed in a fully equipped gym, but with the added benefits of home convenience, schedule flexibility, and the absence of a spotter. Unlike hastily produced competing models, Body-Solid has invested time and expertise to perfect the Series 7, assuring you receive the best system available.
Built on a sturdy 2"x3" commercial quality mainframe, the Series 7’s unique 7° reversed pitch enables natural upper and lower body movements for precise chest and gluteal biomechanics. Over 50 exercises are achievable, each under your complete control for accurate execution. Consistent and correct movement is the secret to real results.
Key features include a precise 7° angle Smith Machine combined with a free weight barbell workout center for comprehensive upper and lower body exercises. A linear ball bearing Smith system, with 20 crossmember lock-out points for secure stoppages during your routine. A free weight gunrack system with 14 lift-off and racking positions, and a large diameter Smith Bar that responds quickly and is easy to control. The robust, all-4-side welded 11-gauge and 12-gauge mainframe offers a secure, 4-point stance for maximum stability.
Additional perks include strong, adjustable safeties for both the Smith system and the free weight barbell workout center. As well as six Olympic weight plate storage posts for easy access and an Olympic Bar holder mounted to the frame, to avoid obstructing your movements.
