The dual pivots on each exercise arm allow for a customizable exercise path, ensuring every user can find their ideal motion. As you begin, the handles sit at upper-chest level, but as the workout progresses, they rock rearward, targeting not just the upper, but the mid and low chest muscles as well. This ensures a comprehensive chest workout.
The swiveling handles are more than just a showpiece; they're ergonomically designed to align seamlessly with your wrist during exercise, minimizing the risk of strain. Importantly, the design of the RS-1302 Pec Fly alleviates stress on the anterior shoulder capsule, a concern often associated with the horizontal extension and internal rotation of the arm in traditional chest exercises. The addition of the ratcheting seat adjustment, makes it easy to adjust the machine to fit users of various heights.
